Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the FoundHive website or engaging our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
FoundHive provides marketing strategy and implementation services, including but not limited to RevOps (HubSpot), SEO, Paid Media, Web Design, and Analytics. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreements (MSA) signed by both parties.
2. Engagement & Term
Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, our services are provided on a sprint or project basis. Ongoing retainers typically operate on a rolling 30-day notice period for termination, ensuring flexibility for our clients.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for services rendered, clients retain full ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for them (such as custom copy, ad creative, and configured assets). FoundHive retains ownership of any pre-existing frameworks, proprietary tools, methodologies, and templates used during the engagement.
4. Client Responsibilities
Successful implementation requires timely feedback and necessary access to systems (e.g., CRM, CMS, ad platforms). FoundHive is not responsible for delays caused by lack of access, delayed approvals, or third-party platform changes.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all proprietary information, business data, and strategic plans confidential. FoundHive will not disclose client-specific data without permission, though we may request the right to use anonymized data or verified outcomes for case studies.
6. Limitation of Liability
FoundHive endeavors to provide high-quality strategic advice and implementation. However, marketing involves market variables outside our control. We do not guarantee specific financial results, rankings, or platform performance. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
