FAQ

How we work, how we charge, and what to expect.

Straight answers about how we structure engagements and measure success.

Engagement & Pricing

How do your engagements work?

We don't lock you into a rigid 12-month retainer where we do the same three things every month regardless of what the business needs. We typically start with an audit and roadmap, then work in sprints. You might need heavy HubSpot architecture in Month 1, and shift to paid media scaling in Month 3. The engagement flexes to the priority.

How much does it cost?

Because our engagements scale based on what needs to be implemented, we do not have a public price grid. Diagnostic audits and implementation sprints are scoped based on complexity and the specialist hours required. We provide clear, fixed-price sprint scopes so you always know what you are paying for.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No. We believe in earning our keep through execution. We operate on rolling 30-day notice periods after the initial onboarding sprint. If we aren't delivering value, you shouldn't be trapped.

Team & Execution

Who actually does the work?

Senior specialists. We don't sell you with a senior partner and then hand your account to a junior coordinator learning on the job. The strategist who diagnoses your problem is directly involved in overseeing its implementation alongside domain experts.

How do you work with existing in-house teams?

Seamlessly. We are built to plug into existing operations. If you have a great content writer but no SEO strategist, we provide the strategy. If you have a CMO but no HubSpot admin, we run RevOps. We fill the gaps in your capability map.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes. A significant portion of our business is acting as the specialist implementation layer behind existing agencies. We handle complex SEO, HubSpot builds, and technical tracking while the agency retains the client relationship.

Results & Reporting

How do you measure success?

By business outcomes, not just platform metrics. We care about pipeline, sales qualified leads, customer acquisition cost, and revenue influence. Getting 10,000 new sessions means nothing if they don't convert into pipeline.

How often do we meet?

Usually on a bi-weekly sprint cadence, supplemented by asynchronous updates in Slack or email. We prefer spending our time doing the work rather than sitting in endless status meetings talking about doing the work.
